Hello! My name is Cathy and I am a certified Integrative Health Practitioner and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My passion is supporting + guiding individuals through their journey to whole body wellness + lifestyle transformation. I believe in a natural, food first approach to balance the body and bring it into an aligned state of optimal health so you can reclaim your energy and zest for life!

Together we will focus on improving daily habits + nourishing your body with real, whole-foods; nurturing your nervous system with abundant self-care and using targeted and individualized supplements and protocols specific to your individual body, based on your health history and specific goals.
