Hello! My name is Cathy and I am a certified Holistic Health Coach and Integrative Health Practitioner
I specialize in root cause healing. Instead of trying to manage your symptoms, I look for the underlying imbalances + toxicities that are causing the body to express certain symptoms. There is always a reason why you are feeling so tired, unable to loose weight, have trouble sleeping or are suffering from anxiety or digestive related issues. Together we work rebalancing the body, naturally, through diet + lifestyle upgrades so you can live the life you've always wanted!​

Too many people are stressed out, over worked, under nourished and just trying to stay above water. More and more of us are struggling unnecessarily with fatigue, weight gain, headaches, brain fog and poor digestion. I help you connect the dots, put a plan in place and get you back to feeling vibrant and alive so you have the energy to enjoy life!
I always thought I was pretty healthy. I was active in sports, went to the gym several days a week and ate right. All that changed in a matter of months when I became nearly bedridden due to a nasty case of toxic mold exposure combined with burnout from a stressful job. I know what it feels like to suddenly have your health + vitality ripped out from under you and no one can seem to explain why. It wasn't until I dove DEEP into my own healing that I discovered the secret to dialing in my diet, creating balance in my life and taking some much needed time for myself. After going though two health coaching certification programs and with my own personal health journey, I am confident that I can help you navigate the underlying root cause imbalances in your body and help get you on a path to health + wellness.

I believe in a natural approach to health. Much of what we need to heal is already within us. The body is designed to run beautifully, but sometimes it can get off track.
